OEM HID level adjustment

OEM HID level adjustment
It appears the OEM HID's on my RX300 are aimed too high. Cars in front of me seem to be annoyed by it.
How can I lower them? if these come with an auto-leveling system, i still want to aim them lower so that when they auto-level, they are not pointing that high.
I looked at the housing and notice that there are 2 screws behind each. A sticker says I have to move both screws at the same time, in the same direction in order to level them. One of the screws is hard to get to, and doing them both in sync is even harder. I dont have an owners manual, so can anybody confirm that this is the way to do it? Which way should they be turning, left or right?
Also, I notice that on the GS400, you only have to turn one of the screws, not both at the same time. Thats why I wanted to confirm this.
I've tried searching the forums, but all i get is aftermarket or GS-related HIDs. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Well, in my RX330 manual, there is a section on adjusting headlight height. Diagrams included, to make it easy. I'm sure your manual for the RX300 will have a section too, in case it is different from the RX330.
