Default How to change engine air filter

All,

I'd like to know how to change the engine air filter in the RX300. I've tried to unhook the 2 metal hooks on the air filter cover but still unable to lift the cover. It seems to be stuck somehow. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Peter.

Well, the throttle body, the long black tube going off the of the air box is probably making it a little difficult for you to remove. In addition, to your left there are little grooves that sometimes make it difficult. It does not come clean off, you just have to reach in and pull out the air filter.
