Toyota Aristo (GS)
Toyota Celsior (LS)
Toyota Windom (ES)
Toyota Soarer (SC)
etc...

I guess I should have put a smilie face huh?
I did know that Lexus is NA exclusive (Canada too?). Everywhere else, it's just a Toyota. It's just that I've never seen any Lexus models with their respective Toyota name tags in person before.
Hey, while am at it, can someone tell me what corresponding vehicles for the Mark II is in the USA? Do we have a similar model in the U.S.? It is a little larger than a Camry, but smaller than the Avalon. It looks sportier than both. Based on the Camry/ES platform?

Here's another generation of the Mark II that I found

Mark II Grande is a variant of the Avalon. Avalon is a slightly stretched version of the Camry. In the Japanese market, car makers typically make 3-5 variants of the same car in order to appeal to different buyers' taste.
The Toyota Harrier (RX here) you saw appears to be genuine, not a rebadged RX. Its steering wheel is on the right, has the guard mirror up front, and does not have the retractable antenna for the overseas market. You might see some Toyota Harriers in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, etc. Those are imported by private owners or dealers, not by Toyota.

We had a post not too long ago with I believe Lexus of Manhattan that had a right-handed RX300SE from the UK. It belonged to a diplomat.
Living in Mexico City, I see Toyotas from Central American companies that do not exist in the U.S. I have to two Asian diplomatic friends that have Toyota Harriers that are older than my 99 RX. Really nice vehicles and not much different from the RX apart from a few options.
