Done with door-poppers. Next: is it possible to convert to power rear hatch on RX300?

Just finished my month-long project. All four doors on my '01 RX300 now have no door handles. They have been shaved and painted. The door-poppers work great.(except a bit too loudly)
Next on my list is to convert the rear hatch to a power-operated hatch, like the one on my girlfriend's Honda mini-van.
The shop that installed my door-poppers said they couldn't come up with anything. (not impossible, just not under $1500) For comparison, the parts/labor/painting cost on the four door-popper project was only $650.
I've found several companies that make these conversions. They convert minivans for handicapped uses. However, most of them only work on Ford and Chrysler minivans...![Frown](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance!

to ToyotaLexus:
You might be able to find power rear hatch parts from Toyota Japan. They had the handicap-equipped version of the old Toyota Harrier (RX300.) It came with power rear hatch.
