Was wondering if anybody could tell me what this noise is. Its coming from my glove box area of my RX300. If you start the engine. And have everything off. Radio, AC, It sounds like a little motor is running. Right behind the glove box. Its very quiet. I thought it might be some type of blower. But the speed changes all the time. So the sound varies.
