Anyone tried this mod for the RX300?
When reversing, the passenger's side mirror will automatic tilt-down?

I meant modification for their passenger's side mirror so when put in reverseit will automatic tilt-down.

Are you asking if someone has tried a mod you've heard of, or are you asking if there even is a mod to do this?

On the RX330 both mirrors tilt, so if there is a mod like this for the 300, it might work the same way.

You mean like that annoying feature they have with the BMW 5 series E39? I hate that feature, it causes me not to be able to reverse park properly!!!!

I would think it would be the same for the BMW, where that automatic side mirror tilt down in revese function can be turned off if you don't like it. On the RX330 you just need to keep the L/R select switch in the middle.

This feature can be eliminated by switching the power mirror switch to the Left mirror...

Unlike the old 850's who always had the mirror turn down for curb rash prevention, when backing up.

yeah u can turn it off, like mine, i rarely use my auto tilt down side mirrors cuz i'm used to doing it the old fashion way.
