Popping/Creak in front & rear suspension

Found the problem. The rear lower control arm on passenger side rear wheel has some play in it. About 1/16" or less. I am thinking if there is a bushing to replace, or I have to replace the whole rod. Or I can simple tighten up the nut.
Lexmex, I remember you did some thing like that on the front wheel, right? Thanks.

I never found a real way to tighten it.

This is the best answer I've got so far considering I've changed every front suspension component and still have the crackling sounds over minor bumps

I am just finding problem with new coil overs after 2 weeks of use will be jacking up car tomorrow and working out what is wrong as have always had problem with regular suspension set up and only solved it before i went to coil overs. I am going to sort this out no matter what.
