My 99 RX300AWD has 120K on original timing belt & waterpump. According to my friend who is a technician, he has seen some lexis with over 150K miles w/ original belt on it.
He said that Lexus timing belt is wider compared to Honda's, and they're made stronger as well.

I have a 99 RX with 230K and still original timing belt... just kidding. Are you crazy? Why are you asking this question? To try to break the highest person's "record"
I wouldn't take any chances with the timing belt. I believe they're rated to be inspected at 90K, but you might as well replace them then if you're getting them inspected at that point.
Your mechanic may say he's seen 150K on RX, but ask him if he had one would he go 150K without changing it?
Knowing Lexus reliability, you'll probably find a few over 100K risk takers. All I can say is, you people are risk takers, and more luck to ya.

There is nothing magical about the 90K, 100K, or 110K miles. The product life is based on mean run-time (read milage) to failure.
Also consider the hastle of belt failing on you at the wrong time. I would strongly suggest changing the belt at the specified interval. By postponing it a couple of months it wont go away and realistically most owners change it once. Hats off to those who have replaced the timing belt twice :^).
