I have an electrical sounding clicking noise coming from the passenger door area somewhere on my RX300. I haven't been able to isolate it - all I can say is that it happens 1-2 times per minute.

Nice to know I'm not losing my mind...I have a 2000 RX that has no issues except for this "clicking" or "popping" noise that you've noticed as well. I've even taken a Lexus service manager on a ride to let him check it out, but as luck would have it the noise disappeared making me look like a mad man. I had him check the speaker system just in case, but nothing suspicious turned up.
