Need Help quick! With clutch foot rest ?
I am trying to remove the carpet on the drivers side on a 2001 RX300, and the foot rest where the clutch normally is seems to be in there tight. Does anyone know if it is bolted down or just a clip and I have to use force to remove?

well I pulled it off. 
It was clipped just needed to use force. Here is my problem under the carpet the whole thing is flooded 
There is water everywhere? Its creating a horrible smell. A month or two ago my wife life her window down and it rained I tried my best to dry it up and I did. But now I am starting to thing about it and everytime it rained it smelled worse. There is this little black cord running under the carpet it looks like a drain tube. I dont know if it leaking has anyone experienced this? If so what did you do to fix it. I am so pissed off
