does anybody know of any aftermarket sources for the orangish/tan "coach" auto leather that Lexus used a couple of years ago in some of their coach addition offerings? I have a bl/bl rx300 and I think the interior would really benefit with accenting the door panels and seats with this unique looking leather.

 

I don't think Coach leather was orangish-tan. Are you thinking of Ecru-colored leather?

The Coach leather was perforated (as in Toyota Highlander,) same colors as other production.

 

Is it possible to purchase the Coach leather aftermarket? I'd love the perforated leather and the feel of Coach leather.

 

I suppose you could just swap the seats with a Toyota Highlander.

Not sure if the RX300 "Coach leather" is really different from regular production. It appears to be the same leather with perforation.

The downside of perforated leather is that it's hard to maintain (i.e.: leather conditioner can go through the holes.)
