Default Black Box Under RX300
Anyone ever figure out what the black box is for under neath '99-'03 RX300's just the left of the muffler? You can see it when your stopped behind an RX300. Thanks.

Just guessing here, but I think I may have seen something in my manual indicating the location you describe as where the charcoal canister is located.

It's for the on-board fuel vapor recovery system.

it's the EVAP charcoal canister.....part of the emissions system
