Try a Google search for 'Lexus technical service bulletins' & perhaps contact Lexus directly. I think there is also a website www.recalls.gov (which has TSB's listed)

To view the full content of TSIB's, as well as entire repair manuals and other service documents, Toyota has their own web site: http://techinfo.lexus.com/
You have to pay to access the site, however. It's $10 for one calendar day, ending at Midnight PST, or $50 for a month. Everything is in PDF format, but the manuals are cut into hundreds of little pieces - each PDF contains only a couple of pages. It's great for accessing specific information, but don't expect to download your personal copy of the full Repair Manual.
