Those are little LED's. a few guys in the GS forums have them. Two of them bought the actual LED kits and one guy made them himself. I think it was a promo item so it may not be out there on the market quite yet.

 

Call Steve Ganz / www.l-tunedparts.com and ask about them, I believe he has sourced them from two different companies (Auto Couture and DSR). They aren't on the website, just need to call or fill out the contact info page with what you're looking for. Can also be DIY'd
