"D" Drive Indicator Light Out P/N?

Anyone know the part number to order to replace the infamous "D" bulb in the RX300? Mine died today at 50,000 miles.

Don't know the part number, but it cost $100 for parts and labor at my dealer to replace it.

"D" light indicator out

I was going to replace mine and in the two months it took me to finally get the time to do it...

The light came back on again.

I recommend waiting a couple of months (if you can).

Mine seams to be brighter than it was before.... That was the indication it was dying...

Suspect some kind of element in the light that disconnected and now reconnected.
