This is one of the better thread, changed gear oil for both front and rear for $28. If serviced at Lexus I would have to spend $200.

I isn't as ugly a job as one might think... Just remember to loosen the fill plugs first, to insure you can, then the bottom drain plugs.. I also had to lower my jack slightly to level the RX prior to filling the Transfer and Rear Differential units... Thanks for the appreciation and your remarks...
