99 rx 300 dash light
My 99 rx 300 dash light that should light up when I shift to drive does not light all the other option such as park reverse etc light is this a bulb in the dash or is this a shifter switch...Please advise

It's a bulb in the dash... very common problem.
There was a thread from two weeks ago about this where someone posted the part number for the bulb. Click here for the thread.
Another idea is to swap the bulb with one that's not used as much, like the lower gears.
If you're going to tear the dash apart, though, you might as well do it right (new bulb) and be done with it.
