I had a flat tire this morrning and took the car to the local shop to have them patch it up. When they were done they left the wheel lock tool on the passenger seat. I've never used it before so I dont know where its supposed to go. In the back with the spare? Stupid question I know but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You didn't mention if you had a RX300 or RX330. But, I could tell you for sure that my RX330 has it in the back with the spare tire. I would assume that the Rx300 is the same.

yeah its a 300. the thing is, i have so much **** in my trunk like a 15" sub and a bunch of other crap so I guess they moved all that stuff in order to get to the wheel well. i probably shoulda taken that stuff out for them. oh well.

Put the wheel lock key by the jack, under the trunk floor mat.

I place the wheel lock like a thimble over the screw driver in the tool bag. The thing does not roll around and I know where to look for it.

Yup same place in my '05 RX as well. I was searching for it forever though. Because my '01 IS300 had a zip tie thingy with a nipple in which the lug nut lock key would clip into and i was looking for the same setup on the RX. Apparently the dealer had already put it in the tool bag with the pliers and screwdriver.

Kodak 35mm film canisters hold the lock key nicely. I put it with the jack.
