I was thinking is it possible to cut the shifter to make it smaller... on RX 300
Its too big and bulky
Have some one tried to do that?

I suppose it can be done, but I don't think it's too big or bulky. Some new minivans have tiny shifters.

I take it you have small hands (and small feet?)

I am used to my TL-S shift know which is really nice looking... not as huge as RX
Why do you need such a big **** just to shift from P to D ???
In my opinion it will look much better with a smaller, shorter shifter

and no, my hands are not small...

Ya know what they say about small hands? Makes your uh.....SHIFTER look bigger.
