You might try searching for previous answers on this subject.
I know people posted something for the RX300... I want to say that the 330 is different and I don't recall if there's a mod or not. No matter what, you'd have to pull the dash apart in order to modify the wiring going into the ECM for the Nav system. Basically, you have to interfere with the speed signal that's going to the ECM.

Not necessarily. A good software engineer might be able to modify the software on the Nav DVD to bypass the speed sensor code. (I'm not. 
)
