From what i have heard handling is not as good as with lowering springs.

So if you want the dropped look i would go with springs. Also not sure if they would last long.

Those setups are expensive.

Tien is a well known brand. But does that include shocks.

Tien kits are expensive. For the rx i wouldn't bother. Tien kits are mostly for motocross handling so you couldn't really get the use out of it.

Here is a better price. Looks like 600 plus shipping. I got my tires from this site.

They have eibach and h&r which are both decent. Eibach being the most well known.

Kyb shocks are well known also. Click the shocks/struts link.

I'm guessing you have a 300. But they have 330 springs and shocks there too.

Which year do you have? The 99-03 RX300 (Harrier) has some options and full TEIN adjustable coil overs are one of them. This would pretty much give you all you need in that you can drop it fairly low and anything in between, but also still retian good hangling since it still uses conventional springs. If you are talking about the new RX330 Harrier, then TEIN is still in development for that kit. Air Runner is good, but you just need to realize that it would handle as good as a coil over set up. Personally, if you could afford it I probably would go for it. It all depends on what you are expecting from your Harrier (RX) though. For me, I don't expect any great handling from mine since I'll just jump into my other cars for speed and handling fun, so air suspension is fine with me. If you need the extra handling, maybe it might not be such a good idea.
