Unhappy Misfire cylinder 6

I have a 99 RX300 with 89,000 miles. The check engine light came on and the motor started running rough. The code reader says there is a misfire in cylinder 6. I suspect that an injector or maybe the coil pack or plug may be bad. My question is which cylinder is #6? I can't find any engine diagrams that shows cylinder numbers. Thanks for any help.

Default Update

I was able to get the firing order. It may be handy if you get a code that specifies a certain cylinder.
I switched the coil and found one was bad. Luckily #6 was easy to get to.

From Alldata
Firingf order 1-2-3-4-5-6

Smile Welcome to CL!!

Thanks, mga - that information's going to be a help to a lot of folks. So it was the coil on #6? - at least it was in front! When I have problems with a transverse V-6, it always seems to be on the back row.

Buttered side down effect, I guess . . .
