Default Sirius Sat. Radio Tuner install question

The Sirius tuner I looked at was the Sportster. I was told you can run it off a FM modulator but I dont think that will be the best quality. I have the 6 disc changer so is there anyway to install the sat. radio with using the FM mod or disconection the changer? Also I dont want to remote the stock head unit. Thanks

Nathan

You might want to check out vais tech they don't make a sirius compatible product but they do make an XM version. They also have a input unit that take RCA inputs for sound. I have the AVIC-100i, and couldn't be happier. The sound is great.

So if you wanted XM and Your iPod to work you would have to get both the 100x and the 100i? Or can you only have one or the other?
