Can anyone explain to me what is the cruise information. It says 37.9 mph. My old man says its the gas mileage but i dont think it is because if it is wouldnt it say mpg instead?

Your average speed. There is also average MPG information and real-time MPG information using the INFO button.

what does it mean my average speed. I usually get on it about 60-70 everyday

It means your average speed. I usually reset mine after every fill-up. Just hold down the info button until it displays 0.0 mph.

The problem is in terminology .. average CRUISING speed vs actual average speed. What the RX shows you is the average speed .. which includes ideling, stopping and the all the speed from 0 to 60 and from 60 to 0. .. other than that it would have been something between 60 & 70 for you.
