Fair Price 01 Silver Sport?
What do you guys think a fair price is for a Black on Black 01 silversport 55k miles? The only add on feature I see is the Hid,no nav. The seller I think is asking too much. Their price is 22,000. My credit union will only finance 19000.00 Do you guys think the 22k is too high or am I nuts?

The other common options besides NAV on a SilverSport that are priced separately on the window sticker are rear spoiler, heated seats, cargo mat and wheel locks. Then there are a lot of other options that are actually part of the SilverSport package such as moon roof, perf leather seats, 6cd auto changer, Brushed aluminum interior trim, etc. After that that there are a lot of items that may sound like options but are part of the base RX (a/c, vsc, antilock brakes, alloy wheels, etc.)
Assuming the car is in excellent condition, the price is about right for an AWD model. If it's FWD it's about $1,000 less. Remember, the SilverSport model is in demand and selling at a slight premium.

You got a great deal !!! I have found a few but they are all in California ,and Im not driving 2000 miles back.
I called the dealership today ,and I would not give them my business they treated me like a bum over the phone. The salesperson could not of sold me a 50$ bill for a dollar. I am in no rush Im driving my winter beater.

Tony, I have an opportunity to buy an '01 SS w/Nav and 48k miles on her for $25,500.00. I think it has xenons. Any thoughts or anything else important to look for that became apparent to you once you had your vehicle? What would be a fair negotiated price for one in excellent shape? I'd love some knowing input before I proceed. Thank you
