I have not come to a complete decision, but I plan on sticking to a 16 inch rim size for the Racing Hart and going to shorter sidewall tires...225 width (45 to 55 sidewall) probably in a Pilot Sport.

Rims are a little bit farther down on my list.

Next stop will be headers followed by new KYB shocks and TTE lowering springs along with slotted rotors. Then come the rims and tires.

In February...the group that did the exhaust modifications plans to get a machine to make headers. This should drop my times way down. I clocked an18.152 tonight along with 2.701 60 foot time (not records but quite fast) but I still think my record 18.093 was due to low humidity from Hurricane Wilma knocking the climate out of wack in central Mexico.

TunedRX300 is right about the weight being less on the the Racing Hart rims, and that was the reason I looked at them to begin with.

It may take a little longer. The shop, Hangar 1, here in Mexico City said they would probably not get the machine to make the headers until the middle part of next year.

I have gotten an offer from another group that makes racing headers here in Mexico city, but they were probably going to be more expensive used very heavy material whereas this other company might do it for half, but they will definitely use lighter weight material.
