RX-300 wind noise?

Hello (again).
I've got a new RX-300 and I've noticed a great deal of wind noise above 60 miles per hour. It seems to come from the windshield/side mirror area.
Has anyone else encountered this? I don't remember hearing it on a test drive, but I might not have been listening.

I haven't heard anything like that on my '01 RX300
during the last 15000 miles...
I did notice that when I remove the two cross bars
on the roof rack, the RX becomes a little quieter
on the freeway...(but looks odd)
