Default Lexus warranty

I own a rx300 that is still under warranty. I want to take it in for a problem i am having. I wanted to know if lexux charges any kind of fees for bringing the vehicle in. If so, how much?

Default No FEE

If its under factory warrenty there is no fee and they give you a rental car. If its with an outside company then there might be a fee.

GOOD LUCK,

Whats the problem

One possible catch... they might charge you for their time if they can't reproduce the problem or if they find the problem is with something that's not covered under the warranty.

Dont be shy and take you vehicle in.

Remember the paper/form you sign away when you bring the vehicle for service .. it contains an estimate cost and the repair service is supposed to call you for authorization of any addiditional work. You also allow them to use your vehicle (just in case of accident).

So just take your RX in and ask the service writer. If nothing else experience Lexus hospitality.
