For RXs you have to look at the KYB GR-2 shocks, http://www.kyb.com/products/detail.php?ID=1

In the Hyper Rev magazine I have, they show several other options in Japan, but I think they were quite expensive from my memory. TunedRX300 knows more about this area than I do.

I am not aware there is a strut/shock for RX300 other than KYB. The struts that came with the car is KYB so there is really no sense replacing them unless they are worn.
Lexmex shared with me some HyperRev magazine clips, Bilstein offers a non-sport strut in Japan and not cheap.
That is why personally I would go for coilover or stay stock, but in your case, you can just buy H&R, Eibach or TTE springs in the U.S. and use stock struts until they worn out.

thanks for all the info! i just got my springs today. as for the shocks I am planning on replacing them. I noticed the ride is a lit bumpier that when i first got my Rx last year. so I guess my only choice would be the KYBs?
