Default Bluetooth Quirk

My 400H pairs and seems to work O.K. with my Sprint Samsung A940.
Occasionally as I am driving the Incoming Call window flashes on than off, briefly interrupting Radio, Nav. etc. No call is received or recorded.
Is this because the phone is loosing and reacquiring signal or is it a quirk in Car, phone or service?
Anyone else notice this event?

I have a Razr and Cingular, but I experienced a similar problem on 287 S. I think I was around Basking Ridge or a little further south. However, I never had the problem again anywhere else.
