More to the RX mod club =). What Lexmex said is true, you sorta left it wide open to pretty much everything, there's luxurymods.com also and just stuff everywhere.

The places mentioned I know of well. Have also seen autonetpeformance.com and My Auto Fashion. Fabulous.co.jp has a lot of stuff that I have seen U.S. providers bring over. L-Tuned is still my favorite and I picked up a lot of mods there.
I have mentioned HyperRev Magazine before and that will show a lot of body kits and JDM parts for the Harrier & Kluger. If you want to see sportier RXs, that would be the thing to get.
In terms of spoilers, I have not seen too many variations. The slanted one I used to have on my 99 and the more modern version, some will tail lamps embedded, some ones that have bigger sides. There are so many bumper variations.

I went through my HyperRev Magazine looking at the names of JDM companies that make body parts and kits. Here are a few more: www.gialla.co.jp, www.backupdesign.com, www.evolution.co.jp, www.g-corp.co.jp, www.skipper.co.jp, www.c-one.co.jp, www.Alles-CREATE.co.jp, www.ag-co.jp, www.new-s.co.jp, www.modellista.co.jp
There was also a company called JAOS mentioned numerous times that I have heard of before and another one called Rick's had a lot of nice grills.
When I go to these sites (often very little English), I usually put my arrow over one of the weblinks and look in the status bar at the bottom of my browser and that often helps in showing what something is even though you may not understand the Japanese, the hyperlink is most often in English on the status bar. Of course everything is usually listed under Harrier rather than RX300/330.
You will actually find that some of these sites also deal in reverse exportation of U.S. Lexus parts (especially emblems) for the Asian markets.
I am sure our fine friends at L-Tuned could help procure any piece you might see, even if you do not find it on their site.
