Programing the Garage remote visor....

I have a 99' RX300 and on the driver side visor there is 3 buttons, how do you program it to work with the existing garage door opener? The brand of the garage opener is a Chamberlain. So is it possible? Do I need a special external device from Lexus? Etc...
