I am interested in putting new wheels on my RX. I personally like the Lowenhart BR5. Do you guys think these rims will look good on the RX.

What size of wheel and tire do you guys recommend. Has anyone put wheels on their RX, if so, please list the wheel and if you have a picture, please post. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

I like the BR5 personally, but first u must make sure that the offset of these wheels is good for our RX

 

How about the BS5? You should be able to go with 18x7.5 or 8 with a 255x55 tire. I like both the BR5 an BS5. Let us know what you end up with. they say at this link that they can help you with the right size tire/wheel. Good luck! http://www.dazzmotorsports.com/wheel...id=16&mdlid=16

 

I was able to put 18"x8.5 and 255 r18.
I used Alba. They new what woyuld fit.
The look is increadible and I have people all the time that say it is the nicest SUV around. The 18's did it. The factory 16's are cheap looking...

 

todd231, Cool!! there have been other threads about putting 255 on the RX with different wheel sizes but without a lot of detail. the setup you have is the way I want to go next year. can you post some pics and also what tire you used?

Todd, can you please post pictures, its hard to find an Rx with rims. Which Alba wheel did you put on and what is the offsett.

I tried to up load it, but it said that the file is too big. I'll try to take some more next week. I can email the pics.

I have had the same problem, but the gallery seems to take larger sizes of pics. Can you give that a try?
