What I've found is you need to use a floor/frame jack to lift the front or rear from the center frame lift points in the front/rear. Then, you can use the points where you would place the spare-tire jack, by each wheel, for the jack stands.

Hmm....I tried to jack it up from the center beam, but I can't find a good support in the back end of the car.

Another question...since i've been borrowing the torque wrench from my friend. I really feel it's time to get one for myself. I found one that is a 3/8" drive that has torque of 10-80ft/lbs. Would this be sufficient for everyday work on the car or there's some stuff on the car that require over 80ft/lbs?
Also is 3/8" drive too small to tighten the wheel nuts?

The beam edge, on both sides, as shown in the owners manual. With a jack and a block of wood or rubber, jack the car with the jack positioned a little inboard from the indicated notches. This way, you have room for the jack stands.

The wheel lugs should be torqued with a 1/2 drive 30-150 size. Then your torquing in the center of the wrench's range, getting the most accuracy with the tool.
A 3/8 drive torque wrench could be used in a pinch, but it's torquing at it's upper range, using a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter for the 21mm deep socket.

The jack positions are shown on pages IN-8 (FWD) and IN-9 (4WD) of Vol. 1 of the RX300 Repair Manual. The rear jack position is called "rear differential support" and is just inboard of the rear differential. The tire repair jack positions are labeled on these pages as "pantograph jack positions" and "safety stand and swing arm type lift support positions".
