sound pretty good....

it just got a 2001 RX300 with the NAV package, heated seats, accessory crossbars, cargo mat, wheel locks, sticker was 42,071 minus the value package discount of 1,500...

12k miles per year for 39 months... $1975 due at signing and $466 per month (includes tax)....

details: 55% residual on the 40,571...... negotiated the price of the car to 35,200, invoice on the car was 36,040..... 6.5% bank rate (0.00271 money factor)....

hope this helps others with their negotiating....

Sounds OK! My '01 RX had a $41,620 MSRP price w/o NAV and was negotiated down to $37,627. I put $4,000 down (plus tax) and have 48 months of payments @$426 plus tax.The residual price is $23,270. Isn't it fun comparing deals? I went out of state to get mine. The local dealer is the ONLY dealer in the state and is an a$$hole. I refuse to buy a car from his many dealerships. Went to his shop last March in jeans and tennies and walked around about a half hour w/o one person asking if they could do anything for me. Even had my checkbook w/me. What arrogance! Sorry for the vent!

Yea, same here Mike, I live in Cincinnati, their dealership is the same way.. I even pulled up in my ES and no one approached me.. I'm like you, no matter how much $ i have, i'll always be in a t-shirt and jeans/shorts.. so I went back to Lexus of Dayton and bought my RX there.. I bought my ES there as well and have been treated like gold..

I have a 2000 RX300 which had a sticker price of 40,500. I payed zero down, no fees or money owed upfront with 528 per month including tax for 36 months, 12000 miles per year. My RX was one of the last remaining 2000 models on the lot and the 2001 models were being delivered as I signed the papers. This definately helped me get the great deal that I got. Also, the residual is 26000.
