While we are at the subject of the radiator, it's wise to spend $5 to buy some chicken wire mesh screen to protect your A/C radiator below the bumper. Someone reported a $1,400 repair when it hit a rock. My custom-made mesh screen has two deep dents on it. Without it, I would be out $2,800 now.
With regard to that radiator, another term used by my dealer for that radiator in addition to oversized was heavy-duty. I don't know what term they are using on the the RX330 and newer models with this type of set up.

I think we need to clarify towing and towing prep packages.

With that mesh don't get the holes so small. I know a few people that buy this stuff from tuning shops and it is wholly inadequate to let air through, though it is a good idea.

My RX came with the "heavy duty" alternator, though I can't tell its rating.

Yes, the tuner shop mesh is purely for looks, not function. Mine is country chicken wire. Airflow is adequate as the temperature has never risen higher than it used to be, even in stop-n-go traffic last summer at over 100F.
