RX300 center console creaks and rattles

RX300 center console creaks and rattles
I have three RX's - '99, '00 and '02. The '02 has developed a pronounced center console shake that squeaks and creaks. The both console drawers seem to be looser than the older ones as well. Has anybody out there experienced this condition with the RX300 and have a solution?
