I had my AC compressor replaced and it now blows cold again. Well it blows cold out of the drivers side vents. The passenger side does not get cold. Anybody know what could be causing this? I've never heard of such a thing... Thanks guys.

Exactly the same problem I experienced on 2002 RX300: cold air driver side and back seat with warm air front passenger side. I envisioned dash disassembly to fix flap doors, etc. I was wrong. After two calls to next technical level and 10 days, Lexus of Colorado Springs decided the fault was due low refrigerant. They replaced refrigerant and we have cold air at passenger side and everywhere else.
Repair order states: Evacuated system. Recovered only .4 lbs. Recharged with 1.5 lbs of R134a. No leaks found. Components operating properly. Cold air blowing out of all vents and cooling to approx. 45 degrees.

I was thinking also maybe something with the circuitry. Not too long ago this year, some dink passing me sodas at a McDonalds drive thru was not paying attention and let go of it and it spilled all over the central console. One of the side effects (eventually everything was okay after we dried it) was the vents on the driver´s side having cold air and the passenger vents having air, but not cold (and obviously the passenger vents were closest to the spill). After it drived overnight, the passenger vents were blowing cold.
That is interesting about the low refrigerant as I would think it would just be not as cold.
