My 70,000 powertrain warranty on my 2001 RX300 is set to expire. Any suggestions on getting the car checked before the warranty expires?

It makes a difference whether you're FWD or AWD...

At least I would suggest that you have the axle drive shaft CV joint boots inspected for cracks or cuts/tears. Inspect for grease lubricant leakage. This includes the inner and the outer CVs per driving axle.

Inspect for any oil leakage under engine where the transmission mates to it. Your automatic transmission fluid should be fresh and cherry red in color.

Inspect for fluid leakage on all four struts. Check strut rebound and compression pressure. They should be KYB nitrogen gas filled OEM struts.

Have the balljoints inspected for excessive play... Steering rack checked for bushing play.

Inspect all engine and transaxle mounts for cracking or deterioration of the rubber. This includes the "t-bone" mount atop the engine.

Also note that all 2001 RX300 has an 8-year unlimited-mileage warranty on the engine. (for oil gelling related issues only.)
