What about those of us who are looking for a nice stainless exhaust and a mildly aggressive tone? Although it does give up a bit of low-end torque the exhaust does provide overall better flow and who doesn't like a polished muffler?

Excellent comments Fern.

For those of you who were curious, my custom exhaust cost well over $500 USD for all the things I had to do, likely closer to $1000 USD based on all of the variations I had to go through.

Most stock exhaust system relies on restriction, the least expensive method to muff noise.
Most aftermarket exhaust offers free flow to sacrifice low end torque to gain on the high RPM end.
Here is an excellent web that explains how exhaust works and clear up a lot of confusions.

Nah, I sorta gave up on it (shouldn't have) but Steve never contacted me back, I don't really want to bother him again because the previous two times he took a while to email be back I emailed him asking what was up. So I think he may have forgotton since I'm not reminding him, but if you would like to contact him just go to http://www.l-tunedparts.com and Contact page, send an email for Steve's attention. He offered me the Realize TT for $389 but never showed me pics of it so I didn't order.

In addition, I can't find a picture, sound clip, video or anything on this exhaust, just a lot of sites seem to carry it. If it looks anything like Blitz's other exhausts in the Realize TT line, I think it's a classy look.

Debating on whether I should grab this o not. I want the performance gains... but I dont want the ricey sound. It's on ebay for $351 from a reputable seller if you do a search.

From my knowledge of exhaust, I do not think you will have a problem. I found that messing with my resonator was the key to turning it into a ricer or not...sometimes got raspy sounds without it, before finally replacing it with a lightweight Sankei resonator off an Accord.

End result is that this muffler should have a roar, but no rice. The exhaust system is one of the biggest areas on any vehicle where hp gains can be made, even over the intake in terms of time/effort and especially cost.
