Default Yet another O2 Sensor question

This site has been a great resource for troubleshooting the check engine light problem I had (error code 1130), so thanks to everyone for their help. Unfortunately, after buying the Denso sensor for $180 at Automedic, and having it installed for only $40, the check engine light came back on after about 20 minutes of driving.

The mechanic that fixed it (a local Zip-N-Out store) gave me some type of fuel cleaner/additive, reset the message, and told me he wasn't sure why the computer would still be reporting the same problem. Will his solution work, or is there some other likely cause for this recurrence?

If it comes back on, I'll probably be forced to take the car to the Lexus dealer, which I know won't be cheap, so I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I can´t be exact on this...could be the connection and/or the time needed for the ECM to pick up the change. With some other vehicles my uncle and I work on, I pull the battery cables off to clear that ECM out thoroughly. O2 sensors have a much shorter life down here on low quality gas.
