Hey Guys,
There is a guy on ebay selling the factory nav units with head unit, wiring harness' and nav computer, etc.
He claims that he has mod'd the wiring harness to make this a 3 hour install.
Anyone on this board deal with this guy ? There are several posts indicating that people who have bought this made it work pretty easily.

Thanks

I still think buying one of the new portable navi units, such gamin nuvi, is a far superior option than retorfitting an old system.
Pros:
price, flexibility, portability, newer technology, ease of upgrade, real time driving conditions (service fee), installation head aches, wireless, and the fear of unknow ;^)
Cons:
Integration and may be appearance.
