Anyone knows how to replace the Fog light bulb on the driver side of the 2001 RX300 AWD. It is way down in a tight space. What do I have to remove to get there? Thanks.

 

This was listed in another thread for the parking & sidemarker lights but it looks like this is how you get to the fogs as well. I think they are in at the bottom of the 9th pic, the one that has the white box around the parking light. I only saved it cause I'm gonna change my fogs to silverstars soon to match my highs and lows and get clear side markers and do it all in one shot.

it is a PITA. Im sure I hit the bulb along every wall when I tried putting it on

 

Yeah, what LiqrSicc said... I've replaced that bulb about 3-4 times and everytime it is quite a struggle, but as long as your careful you wont damage the bulb. Try to slip it out toward the intake tube so you have some room to move it out, but no matter how careful you are there is really no room to work with. I've done everytime without disturbing the engine bay, i.e. removing battery, intake tract... It's hard at first but you'll get used to it.
