The two places that come to mind to try are: (1) calling the Lexus toll-free telephone number (probably printed on your side window glass) and (2) EBay (should be the same manual for RX300 years 99-2001/FWD and 4WD).

go to www.lexus.com and click on the oweners section, register your truck's VIN number with them and in there is a link to order manuals, they will send them to you for free.
