Fern, wishin you good luck on this - keep the board posted please. Seems many have the same issue. I have to believe Lexus will help out on these cases.

Dropped off the original maintenance records and the original invoice for transmission repair to local Lexus Dealership Service manager.

Upon my arrival he said he had already received a voicemail from case manager indicating once he was in posession of the said documents to forward to the Head Warranty Administrator for further review.

Keeping my fingers crossed, but still breathing...
