Default CD Cartridge

Did a search, but didn't find the exact answer to some questions I have. New RX300 owner and haven't really liked how the disc trays have to come out completely to change discs. I seem to have difficulties doing it while driving. I have read that certain Pioneer cartridges are interchangeable with the Lexus, but not sure which ones are. I used to have a few Pioneer players (car and home) where the trays only slid out and weren't removable. That would make changing discs much easier, driving or not. Any thoughts on what I am talking about? I have seen many on eBay, but not sure which one to buy.

You can change the disks in the Lexus RX300 in-glovebox CD changer when driving, but only if you're the passenger, in the front passenger seat

The Pioneer disk-holder that was referred to, looks identical to the Lexus-branded one. I got two more on Ebay, shortly after buying the car, and used to rotate them and put the CDs in at home. That's where the stock of CDs is anyway. Nowadays, I just listen to XM satellite radio and don't bother with CDs. Another solution is to put all your CDs on an Ipod and listen to them that way.
