Default Yokohama ADVAN S.T. 235/55/18

This must be a relatively new tire as it didn't show up in a search. The reviews were pretty good including one from a RX330.

Does anyone have any experience with this tire or will I be the flinty eyed pioneer?

This is the wheel I'm contemplating...

Excuse my ignorance but will a 235/55/18 give the same speedo reading as a 225/70/16?

LOL, yes but I'll look so terminally cool on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck.

Yokohama ADVAN 235/55/18 will rob you torque and increase braking distance due to higher mass, but you are just 0.8% faster in speedo and odo. 1.12" shorter in sidewall, should have no problem to avoid bend rim if you have enough tire pressure.
What is the offset and mass of the rim you are interested in?
I have Pirelli Scorpion Zero 235/60/18 on SSR Competition 18x8. Will post picture if I find the time to do so.

Was any modification necessary to get 255s under there? Any rubbing?
