imo that's one of the stupidest things that people do on the internet.. why blur out your plates??? do you blur out your plates when youre out driving your car? what is someone across the country going to do with your plate number?

A lot of my California friends smudge out the plate if they have illegal modifications so the authorities don't go paying a visit.

no i dont blur out my # plate but i also dont put all modivfications on the side of my car. if u dont want to blur yours then dont. but if u r going to blur our yours blurr out everyone else's that u have a pic of

Yes, possible frontend subframe damage, though the brush guard played no role in this crash IMHO. The RX300's front bumper didn't engage the the rear bumper of the Ford. The RX300's grille portion came in contact with the Ford, thus the extensive damage. Also note that most vehicle's front end is weak by design to protect the occupants in a crash.
In this case, the air bags deployed. Also showed that the brush guard didn't interfere with the crash/air bag sensors. Overall a good collision that protected the occupants well.
I got this special front brush guard from Japan. Personally I think this looks better and works better on the RX300, but beauty is in the eyes of the beholders.
