Osram and Phillip are both OEM providers for various car manufacturers. Either one would be good. I probably would pick the Phillips though. It is probably meaningless hearsay, but from what I've heard Osram seem to give off a more colored look (Meaning more blue) compared to the same Kelvin rated Phillips which seem to be more white. However, the Osram consistency is not as great, meaning between the left and right it may not look the same. All OEM bulbs are rated at 4100K, which some listing it as 4300K. I guess the manufacturer tolerance for Phillips might be tighter thus better consistency. Again though, this is just things I've read over the internet so it is probably meaningless

Philips (~4300k) bulbs are slightly whiter than Osram(~4100k). The amount of lumens are the same. Osram bulbs seems to be softer on the eye. (Its proven that a lower amount of blue and higher amount of yellow irretates eyes less). Philips has the exact opposite, slightly more blue, slightly less yellow, so they appear more colder white. Just remember that the more blue/purple, the more glare, and they will be less bright (lumens).
