I am rebuilding my Lexus RX300 due to the engine seizing. The oil was thick as grease. Anyways, I need to know the tightening torque specs of the engine (cylinder head, rod, crank, flywheel, etc) and the crankshaft journal undersize measurements to 0.025", crank end play, engine block crank tunnel diameter and rod bearing big end diameter specs.

I need to know where is the most convenient and least expensive place to buy all the rebuild parts. I appreciate the help anyone can give me. Thank you.
